📍 These two interconnected apartments are located on Rua de São Julião, in a charming 18th-century building in the heart of historic Lisbon, just a few minutes from Arco da Rua Augusta. Ideal for large groups or two families travelling together who want to stay close whilst maintaining some privacy.
The space
▪️Two apartments on the same floor (2nd floor, no lift), connected by an internal door — with the door open, they function as one large space; closed, they remain private and independent
▪️Perfect for 8-9 guests, accommodating up to 12 with the sofa beds, in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower
2 living rooms, each with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi, and 2 additional sofa beds for extra guests
▪️Air conditioning in both apartments
▪️2 fully equipped kitchens, with dining area, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine
▪️3 minutes' walk from Baixa-Chiado metro, with trams and buses at the door, and airport approximately 20 minutes' drive away

You will be staying in two apartments in the same building, side by side, connected by an internal door. It's like one large apartment - perfect for a group of friends or a large family.
With the connecting door locked, you have 2 separate apartments, ideal for 2 families travelling together who want to be close to one another, but would like to maintain your privacy.
Other information to bear in mind
Check-in is done autonomously, via a personal access code sent before arrival, with the apartments available between 15:00 and 16:30, and check-out by 11:00. If you prefer, in-person check-in can be arranged upon request, with a fee of €10 for arrivals after 20:00, €20 after 23:00 and €30 after 01:00 (this may not be possible after this time).
The building has no lift — the apartments are on the 2nd floor. The bedrooms have blackout blinds/curtains, but as it is on a busy street, we recommend keeping the windows closed at night. There is no parking included, but there are car parks nearby (Baixa-Chiado and Restauradores).
Smoking is not permitted, nor are pets or parties allowed. Cot available, included in the booking.
