Description
Two luxury apartments in the same building, on Rua Marechal Saldanha, in the charming Bica neighbourhood. Ideal for large groups looking to stay together with complete comfort and privacy, just a few minutes' walk from Bairro Alto and Lisbon's famous nightlife, surrounded by traditional restaurants, cafés, bars and local shops.
The space
With total capacity for up to 17 guests, distributed across 7 bedrooms, 6 fully renovated bathrooms and 1 guest WC:
▪️Ground floor apartment, accommodating up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, 1 with a double bed and sofa bed, and 2 with two single beds each
▪️First floor apartment, accommodating up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and sofa bed, and 1 with two single beds
▪️Spacious living rooms in both apartments, with digital television and access to streaming services
▪️Fully equipped kitchens, with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee and tea machines
▪️Air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi in both apartments
▪️Building with lift; metro 5 minutes' walk away, trams at the door (including tram 28), and airport approximately 20 minutes by taxi

Other things to note
Check-in is autonomous, using a personal access code, available between 15:00 and 16:30, with check-out by 11:00. If you prefer, late in-person check-in is available upon request, with a fee of €10 for arrivals after 20:00, €20 after 23:00 and €30 after 01:00 (this may not be possible after this time).
It is not possible to access Rua Marechal Saldanha by car, but there is a public car park approximately 200 metres away, and pedestrian access can be made via Calçada do Combro or Largo do Calhariz. As it is a historic area of Lisbon, the electrical system has some limitations: simultaneous use of several high-power appliances may trip the circuit breakers, which are easily reactivated in the electrical panel.
The apartments have a device that monitors noise levels only, with no sound or conversation recording. As they are located in a lively area, it is possible to hear street noise with the windows open, although the interior remains quiet when closed. Smoking, bringing pets and holding parties are not permitted. The cot and high chair available, included in the booking upon request.
