Enjoy a comfortable stay in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of **Bairro Alto**, one of Lisbon’s most traditional and lively neighbourhoods. The apartment accommodates up to **8 guests** and is ideal for families and groups.
🛏 The Apartment
The apartment has 3 bedrooms:
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm)
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 × 200 cm each)
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and 1 single bed (80 × 200 cm)
• Double sofa bed in the living room (140 × 190 cm)
It also includes a spacious living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster, and 1 fully equipped bathroom.
Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel are provided. A cot is available upon request.
📍 Location
Located at **Travessa da Boa Hora, 25**, right in the heart of Bairro Alto. The neighbourhood is known for its traditional atmosphere, restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and vibrant nightlife, all within walking distance.
The metro is approximately **5 minutes away on foot**, while Lisbon Airport is around **20 minutes by taxi**, depending on traffic.
Bairro Alto is best explored on foot or by public transport.
🔑 Check-in
The apartment offers **self check-in**. The building and apartment doors are accessed using personal codes, and detailed instructions with all necessary codes will be sent before arrival.
Check-in is from **15:00**. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, as the apartment needs to be cleaned and prepared after the previous guests' departure.
If you prefer to be welcomed personally, **in-person check-in can be arranged** for an additional fee:
• €10 for arrivals after 20:00
• €20 for arrivals after 23:00
• €30 for arrivals after 01:00
The fee must be paid **in cash directly to the person carrying out the check-in**. Please note that in-person check-in may not be possible after 01:00.

Check-out is **by 11:00**. Late check-out is not available.
Before leaving, please make sure the apartment door is properly closed. If keys have been provided, please leave them on the dining table.
⚠️ Important Information
The apartment is located on the **4th floor of a historic building with no elevator**.
Bairro Alto is a popular nightlife area. Although the windows are well insulated, some outside noise may be heard, particularly when the windows are open. **Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00**, and we kindly ask all guests to respect the neighbours.
Parking in the area is limited and mostly paid. Nearby public car parks are recommended.
⚡ Electricity
As the apartment is located in a historic building, the electrical system has some limitations. Using several high-powered appliances at the same time may cause the safety breaker to trip. If this happens, the breakers can simply be switched back on at the electrical panel.

The building has no lift but the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Hot water is supplied by a 100-litre boiler, generally sufficient for 4-5 people; longer showers may exhaust capacity, requiring 30 to 60 minutes to reheat.
There is no parking in the building, but there are nearby car parks (Baixa-Chiado and Restauradores), both open 24 hours. It is mandatory to respect Portugal's legal quiet hours (20:00–08:00). Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. Cot available upon request.
