Enjoy a comfortable stay in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of **Bairro Alto**, one of Lisbon’s most traditional and lively neighbourhoods. The apartment accommodates up to **8 guests** and is ideal for families and groups.

🛏 The Apartment

The apartment has 3 bedrooms:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm)
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 × 200 cm each)
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and 1 single bed (80 × 200 cm)
• Double sofa bed in the living room (140 × 190 cm)

It also includes a spacious living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster, and 1 fully equipped bathroom.

Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel are provided. A cot is available upon request.

📍 Location

Located at **Travessa da Boa Hora, 25**, right in the heart of Bairro Alto. The neighbourhood is known for its traditional atmosphere, restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and vibrant nightlife, all within walking distance.

The metro is approximately **5 minutes away on foot**, while Lisbon Airport is around **20 minutes by taxi**, depending on traffic.

Bairro Alto is best explored on foot or by public transport.

🔑 Check-in

The apartment offers **self check-in**. The building and apartment doors are accessed using personal codes, and detailed instructions with all necessary codes will be sent before arrival.

Check-in is from **15:00**. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, as the apartment needs to be cleaned and prepared after the previous guests' departure.

If you prefer to be welcomed personally, **in-person check-in can be arranged** for an additional fee:

• €10 for arrivals after 20:00
• €20 for arrivals after 23:00
• €30 for arrivals after 01:00

The fee must be paid **in cash directly to the person carrying out the check-in**. Please note that in-person check-in may not be possible after 01:00.

👋 Check-out

Check-out is **by 11:00**. Late check-out is not available.

Before leaving, please make sure the apartment door is properly closed. If keys have been provided, please leave them on the dining table.

⚠️ Important Information

The apartment is located on the **4th floor of a historic building with no elevator**.

Bairro Alto is a popular nightlife area. Although the windows are well insulated, some outside noise may be heard, particularly when the windows are open. **Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00**, and we kindly ask all guests to respect the neighbours.

Parking in the area is limited and mostly paid. Nearby public car parks are recommended.

⚡ Electricity

As the apartment is located in a historic building, the electrical system has some limitations. Using several high-powered appliances at the same time may cause the safety breaker to trip. If this happens, the breakers can simply be switched back on at the electrical panel.

On some occasions, authorised personnel may need to access the property for essential maintenance or other necessary tasks. We will always do our best to avoid this whenever possible and minimise any inconvenience.

Located in the centre of Lisbon, just 2 minutes from Bairro Alto, this elegant apartment accommodates up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms. Situated on the 2nd floor of a traditional building, it offers an authentic Lisbon experience, combined with the comfort of a recently improved interior.

The metro is 5 minutes' walk away, trams stop right at the door and Lisbon airport is approximately 20 minutes by taxi. Please note that the building has no lift and the street is not accessible by car!

The space
Located on Travessa da Condessa do Rio, in the heart of Santa Catarina, this recently refurbished apartment combines modern comfort with the charm of a traditional Lisbon building. It is just a few steps from Bairro Alto, near Elevador da Bica and just 2 minutes from Miradouro de Santa Catarina.

▪️4 bedrooms: 1 with a queen-size bed, 2 interior bedrooms with two single beds each and 1 small bedroom with a single bed.
▪️Please note that 2 of the bedrooms are through rooms and the interior bedrooms have no windows.
▪️Bright and spacious living room, with two balconies, dining table for 8 people and television with international channels.
▪️Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine.
▪️1 bathroom with towels, shower gel and soap.
▪️Wi-Fi, fans, heaters and essential amenities.

Check-in and check-out

Self check-in is available via a personal access code, sent before arrival. The apartment will be ready between 15:00 and 16:30, and check-out must be completed by 11:00.

Late in-person check-in can be requested for an additional cost. The street is pedestrian and does not allow vehicle access, but there is parking nearby, on Calçada do Combro.

Important information

This is an accommodation with a kitchen, with an initial set of essential products provided. Cleaning before and after your stay, electricity, water, television, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and basic hygiene products are included. Additional towels, bed linen and cleaning can be provided for an extra cost.

Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 20:00 to 08:00. The noise monitoring device measures only sound levels and does not record conversations. As it is located in a busy area, you may hear some outside noise when the windows are open, although the interior is quieter with the windows closed.

The apartment is situated on a typical sloped street in Lisbon. Due to the limitations of the historical electrical installation, simultaneous use of several high-power appliances may cause the circuit breakers to trip.
