-The apartment will be cleaned and ready for you between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
-Unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-in — the previous guests check out at 11:00 AM and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for you. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to book the previous night.
-If you prefer, we can also meet you at the apartment upon arrival! Show you around and answer any questions you may have. In this case, a late check-in fee applies: €10 for arrivals after 8:00 PM, €20 after 11:00 PM and €30 after 1:00 AM. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the person doing the check-in. Please note: in-person check-in may not be possible after 1:00 AM.

🔊 We have a device in our apartments that monitors noise levels. It does not record conversations — it only measures sound/decibel levels. This helps ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
✅ CHECK IN RULES
-The building and apartment doors are opened using a code. Before your arrival, we will send you a detailed self check-in instructions. Including all the necessary codes.
-The apartment will be cleaned and ready for you between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
-Unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-in — the previous guests check out at 11:00 AM and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for you. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to book the previous night.
-If you prefer, we can also meet you at the apartment upon arrival! Show you around and answer any questions you may have. In this case, a late check-in fee applies: €10 for arrivals after 8:00 PM, €20 after 11:00 PM and €30 after 1:00 AM. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the person doing the check-in. Please note: in-person check-in may not be possible after 1:00 AM.
👋 CHECK-OUT RULES
-You have to be ready to leave the apartment by 11:00 AM ⏰
-Please make sure that you carefully close the apartament door!
-If keys are provided, kindly leave them on the dining table before you leave.
-Unfortunately, staying past 11:00 AM is not possible.
🔉EXTERNAL NOISE
-Most guests have no issues with noise.
-The windows are well insulated - when closed the interior is quiet. But, as with any city apartment, some outside noise may still be audible despite the insulation.
🔧 OWNER ACCESS
-On some occasions, authorized personnel may need to access the property for maintenance or other necessary tasks (e.g., the owner, building manager, cleaners, repair technicians, etc.). We will do our best to avoid this whenever possible.
